We run short-term rentals ourselves. HostsPilot was built inside a working property-management operation in Sarasota, Florida — our affiliated company, Doris Florida LLC, manages short-term rentals on the Gulf Coast. The software exists because we needed it: one place for reservations across booking channels, the cleaning rota, laundry costs and the owner statements at the end of the month.
In 2026 we made that software available to other operators. It is sold the way we wished software had been sold to us: a published price per property, no percentage of your bookings, no setup fee, and no sales call required to find out what it costs.
