The service
HostsPilot is software for managing short-term rental properties: reservation and calendar management across booking channels, cleaning and operations coordination, guest messaging and owner reporting. The feature set of each plan is described on our pricing page.
Trials and subscriptions
The free trial runs for 14 days, requires no payment card, and ends without obligation unless you choose to subscribe. Subscriptions are billed monthly per property at the prices published on our website. Promotional pricing (such as a first-year discount) is stated at the point of sale together with the standard price that applies afterwards. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month; there are no setup fees, no cancellation fees, and no percentage taken from your bookings.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for using the service in compliance with the rules of the booking platforms you connect and with applicable law. The service may not be used to send unlawful communications or to store content you have no right to store.
Data
Your business data remains yours. On termination we will, on request, provide an export of your data in a standard format and then delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Availability and support
We operate the service with commercially reasonable care and skill. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by email at contact@hostspilot.com.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
